Meet Your Floral Designer

It all started in 2020 with a colleague asking me to help her plan the florals for her wedding. I had absolutely no experience with flowers . But what I did have was an insatiable curiosity to learn. That and I love challenges. A year was spent immersed in research, driving to the Flower Market and making lots of free bouquets for family and friends. It’s obvious that my story did not just end there.

I am by no means your traditional florist or floral designer. I am fully self taught and have (& love) my career in Marketing Operations. By day I am a business savvy woman and at night is when I transform into a floral hulk in my little area of the house. My biggest inspiration comes from my simple philosophy of loving the life and the people I cherish the most. There’s so many beautiful things in the world to enjoy and to learn from. I hope to bring that through my medium of using nature’s creation of flowers.

Hao is a self taught floral designer based in the San Gabriel Valley who is passionate and personable with every client. There is always a story to tell in every special event. If you can dream it, she can create it. From her strong background in Business & Operations and love for creativity it is a partnership matchmade.

Working with in season florals direct from The Original Flower Market in Los Angeles is her priority. Her style is a mix of modern and romantic with a variety of textures and colors. Each and every stem is curated and designed with intent to bring the clients’ vision to reality. Waking up early and walking the floor to hand pick every single bunch of florals is something Hao looks forward to doing!
